Two incidents of school violence occurred, recently, in front of several bystanders who stood and watched.  News media reports that a teenage girl was subject to a gang rape, and the other involved a teenage boy beaten to death after school.  Do American human rights continue to be challenged as noted in Robert Kennedy’s words from


“The Mindless Menace of Violence “
